Service Policies – Cardano Bloom Cleaning Services
At Cardano Bloom Cleaning Services, we value your trust and aim to provide a spotless and worry-free cleaning experience. These policies ensure smooth, reliable service for both our team and our valued clients across Regina and nearby communities.
🕒 Scheduling & Arrival
- Our cleaners may arrive within a 1-hour window of your scheduled time to allow for traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.
- Please ensure driveways, walkways, and entryways are clear for safe and easy access.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your appointment time.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a $50 fee + applicable taxes.
- Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours) or missed appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled cleaning cost.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.
🧼 Quality Guarantee
- If you are not completely satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected area at no extra charge.
- The home must have been accessible and adequate cleaning time must have been provided.
💳 Payments (via Stripe)
Secure CheckoutWe use Stripe, a secure and trusted third-party payment provider. We never handle, store, or see your credit card information.
1️⃣ Book & Pay Now
- Your card is charged immediately for the full booking amount.
- You will receive an instant email confirmation and invoice.
2️⃣ Book & Hold (Pre-Authorization)
- Your card is not immediately charged, but a secure authorization hold is placed for the full booking total.
- The payment will be captured on the appointment date or on the 5th day after booking—whichever occurs first.
- If you cancel before your appointment and outside the 48-hour cancellation window, the authorization will be released with no charge.
Stripe protects your information using bank-level encryption and PCI-compliant security standards. We do not issue cash refunds, but credits or adjustments may be applied when appropriate. Add-ons or extra time requested during service may be billed separately.
🏠 Home Preparation
- Please clear clutter, laundry, dishes, or personal items from cleaning areas.
- Our cleaners cannot move heavy furniture or large appliances unless pre-approved.
- Please secure valuables and fragile items before our arrival.
- For safety, no other work (repairs, painting, etc.) should be in progress during cleaning.
🐾 Pets
- Please secure pets that are anxious, protective, or easily stressed.
- If our team feels unsafe, we may stop the cleaning and the visit may still be charged.
💧 Water, Power & Surfaces
- The home must have running water and electricity available.
- We assume all surfaces are properly sealed and suitable for routine cleaning.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
🧴 Stains & Special Requests
- Some stains (e.g., rust, hard water buildup, permanent discoloration) may not be fully removable.
- For specialty surfaces or product requests, please notify us 24–48 hours in advance.
🚗 Travel & Parking
- A fuel surcharge ($5–$15) may apply for locations outside Regina city limits.
- If required, parking costs are the client’s responsibility.
